Paradise City uses traditional, digital and social marketing to promote the work of our exhibitors. Extensive advertising, press kits, direct mail, email broadcast and social media efforts ensure great media coverage for all of our shows. We augment our promotional efforts with marketing initiatives that target gallery directors, museum curators and professional decorators and designers. Efforts to promote you and your work do not stop with the festivals but continue year-round.
The Paradise City Guide

We love the Guide, your postcards, Facebook and your emails. – ExhibitorThis glossy, full color magazine is direct mailed into 60,000 homes of collectors throughout the Northeast twice a year, and distributed at all Paradise City shows. Its high production values are designed to highlight the quality and diversity of our unique exhibitors. Each Paradise City Guide is a collector’s item, enjoying pride of place on coffee tables for months on end.
Direct MarketingParadise City creates beautiful, full color postcards for each of its shows. In addition to sending out over 50,000 postcards with discount coupons to our mailing list, we offer exhibitors free postcards for use in their own direct mail efforts. Exhibitors can have personalized messages added to their cards and even have our mailing house send them out to their customers.
You did a great job getting the Paradise Perks promos out. I had 40 or so new people provide email addresses interested in my promotion just at this show! You also got new images up quickly on my Paradise City web page. That was great, as 2 out of the 3 rings pictured in the Paradise City Guide did sell in Marlborough and I felt it was important to offer new ones in Northampton. The Artist Showcase highlights our creative community of artists, each with their own web page. Customers and collectors can subscribe to the Guide, review show information, search exhibitor lists and download discount coupons.
Publicity and Press
Paradise City has always made publicity and press coverage a very high priority. For 25 years we have cultivated relationships with newspaper and magazine editors, broadcast news producers and anchors, and now blog writers and highly trafficked event websites. Most of all, we encourage features that tell the stories of our exhibitors – every artist benefits from the coverage!
Our onsite press boards overflowing with clippings at each show tell that story visibly and show how effective our efforts are. It’s so extensive, you need to see a video to show it all!
